DescriptionData on influenza progression in individuals and their contacts were collected by the City of Milwaukee Health Department. RT-PCR-confirmed cases of H1N1 infection were monitored via phone interviews. Data were used as a source for a paper assessing the impact of oseltamivir on household transmission.
